HOW DO I GET STARTED
· Click on “Click here to download our signup forms” and print.
· Call Alternative Resources at 800-477-2664 or 605-332-3711. They will help you fill out these two forms and assign you a Personal Mailbox Number (PMB#). These forms must be in our office before we can send you mail. Postal regulation says they must have form 1583 on file in our post office.
· If you want Karen to help you register your vehicle, call her, there is a fee for this service. She can mail or fax you the forms or have you print them off the Government Links - Minnehaha County.
